Gwarden AI

1. Subject

This Agreement regulates relations between the owner of Gwarden AI and the user when using the Service and accessing the model via API.

2. Terms of use

• You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes, without violating the law.
• You are responsible for the safety of your API key and for the actions taken with it.
• It is forbidden to use the Service to distribute illegal, offensive or malicious content.

3. API key and access

The key is issued via the Telegram bot after subscribing to the channel. You can reset the key in the cabinet or via the bot. If you lose it, we recommend resetting it immediately.

4. Billing

Access is provided on a paid basis in the form of credits. The cost is debited proportionally to usage. Funds are refunded only in cases provided by law.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted model operation or availability at any time. We are not liable for indirect losses related to the use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement with the new version.
