Gwarden AI

1. General provisions

This Policy defines how information about users of Gwarden AI (the «Service») is processed and protected. By using the Service you agree with this Policy.

2. What data we collect

  • Telegram user ID - only for authorization and issuing an API key.
  • Telegram name and login (if set) - for display in the cabinet.
  • API key usage (method, time, token counts) - for billing and statistics.
  • Email address - only if you contact support yourself.

3. What we do NOT do

  • We do not store the content of your requests and model responses.
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law.
  • We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
  • We do not track you outside the Service and do not collect data about your online actions.

4. Anonymity

The Service is built on minimal data collection. A Telegram account is enough - we do not ask for a phone number, passport or other identifying data. The content of your requests is not logged.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on secured servers with limited access. Only technical administrators needed for the Service have access. We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS).

6. Consent

By using the Service you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree with the processing of data for the stated purposes.
